My son and I collected Yrolls in the early ‘80’s based on my obsession of them in the sixties. I hope to pass them on to his children soon!
I had a troll house in the sixties and see no mention of them on your site. It opened in the front like a small
suitcase and had molded form furniture. Curious if anyone else remembers these and may have one to sell.
Thx for the sweet memories and history of these adorable creatures.

I have loved trolls since I was little (born 1965), and this is the first day I heard of their creator. I have many at home and especially love the ones I put on my Christmas tree. So happy to know more about their origin.

I am an absolute FAN of trolls and have been since I was a child. I am starting to collect trolls again, and ONLY collect original DAM trolls!!!! I LOVE you guys!!!!!!!

I have collected trolls for many years. I have 150-200, ranging from small blue babies to a couple large ones, with most being the familiar medium-sized. I am having a show of my collection at an art museum in Eureka, California, in Feb/March 2017, as
well as giving a short talk about them. Thank you for all the good information on this website!

In the 60s my little sister, probably out of the womb, fell in love with the trolls. It drove me crazy, I thought they were ugly & a bit scary. I was 6 years older so of course that wasn't appropriate or "cool". So I would indulge her. In my rebellious
youth I even stole a couple for her. I never got a chance to tell her that. But I can apologize to the "Dam Things" & the department store for that loss of revenue. Now that's a sentence I never would have figured I would ever say. Even on their remake/comeback,
they spook me. But congratulations from the Turks & Caicos Islands on that. And I hope a lot more children enjoy them.

Throughout my New Jersey, USA, childhood in the 1960"s, my best friend was Trollene...a large (12") troll with the most soulful, beautiful amber eyes and white flowing hair... (you see, I never liked nor had the desire to play with baby dolls/dolls..only
stuffed animals and then I discovered the Trolls;;;true love for then on)... She and I had many tea parties with my other trolls, but I always knew the real parties happened once I went to bed and fell asleep. My mother, Mary Jane, would make lots of outfits
for all my trolls, both big and small, and surprise us all, by leaving them on my dresser for us to find in the morning. Trollene was the biggest troll (12'') so she was naturally the one who would set the rules for our other, smaller trolls. My father, Harry,
was transferred with his job to California, USA, in the late 1960's...so we all packed up and safely moved...In the late 1980's and mid 1990's...My children met Trollene and the other trolls...I'd tell them about the many enjoyable years we'd had together
and the many fun times and parties we'd enjoy...She and the other trolls hung out in my room most of the time, on a shelf especially for them, but would sometimes visit with my children's trolls, oh yes they had their own trolls. Unfortunately, in the early
2002, we had a major home invasion theft happened while we were away...and when we came we discovered that not only was our house in disaray and many things rooted through and stolen...but they took Trollene and my other trollsand think of ..I was and am heartbroken...I
still have a void in my heart and wonder where she is and truly miss my very best childhood friend, Trollene ...and to this day, I still think of Trollene, lots. Thanks for letting me share my story of how important Dam Things has been to me and how your trolls
have touched my life...and the fond memories I'll have forever. Thank You. :)

I would love to know if you sell trolls in USA. I live in florida and would love to get them for me and my grand kids. wish i could read more on the site, but was able to figure out some of it. Did I see that there will be Star Wars trolls? I have many
origanal mini star wars dolls and the trolls would be a great addition. Thanks Denise
